At last, a beautiful Sunday morning, all 3 of us out and about, and a very nice ride to be had. Apart from the odd clanking noise coming from my bottom bracket (which Bicycle Repairman has promised he will look at) there was nothing to spoil the enjoyment....

Downs Link Ride

I've done the London to Brighton a couple of times and I will do it again but the Downs Link ride looked interesting as it was mainly off road and a less plum numbing 33 miles (the blurb says 31 but my speedo said 33 and the GPS was nearer 33 than 31!!)....

Well I was itching to get back on the bike last weekend after doing the Downs Link ride the week before that but I found myself wanting in the toenail department to the tune of 0.5....

MovableType describe a TrackBack as being: Designed to provide a method of notification between websites: it is a method of person A saying to person B, "This is something you may be interested in." To do that, person A sends a TrackBack ping to person B....
