This is a cross between McDonalds and the motorway cafe (do they still exist or are the a figment of old BBC comedy?).
Hot Chocolate and the chocolate muffin is much the same as Newlands Corner.
Temptation – Probably the Cheese Burger - and maybe the Blonde in the leathers ;o)
