Seems ages since I was last there, certainly pre fire. Anyone up for a visit either this weekend or after the Hindhead loop?

Hi Keith, this weekend is probably out for myself but I will keep an eye on the thread.

Edit: negotiating with SWMBO for Sat pm or Sun am, update later today.

I had a quick run there late on Tuesday and although generally dry it was surprisingly wet & muddy in some places, I guess the low summer temperatures means it takes longer to dry out. I kept north of the reservoir (ie no labyrinth etc) but rode Seagull and Stickler (both ways) and used Crossmarks which were fine.

Hi Keith

Yep - I'm up for it. Like you it seems like ages last time I was at Swinley.

I should be free for Sunday (unlike Leona) but not Saturday.

Are we talking the usual Moles' Sunday ride here ?

Hi

I'm thinking Sunday. Mrs Roadmole is heading down to the South Downs on Saturday with her bike (the cheek of it!)

Keith, as it turned out I don't have to go to collect a bike on Sunday, so hopefully I can join you after all. ;)

Any idea on meeting time at Swinley?

I think we should kick off from Swinley at 8:30am as usual. Look Out car park, probably near Go Ape.

Sunday...natch.
