Holmbury Hill videos

Jem and I headed over to Holmbury St Mary to ride some of our favourite trails. I’ve caught three on video for your delight.

To see the originals, head over to the Muddymoles on Vimeo.

First up, Death Star, a tricky run on Pitch Hill. The name shouldn’t need any explanation.

Next up, the legendary Barry Knows Best which was getting some love from the Redlands guys:

And finally, a short and sharp down and then up that needs plenty of speed going down so you have the momentum for the intense climb up the other side:

Down & up on Holmbury Hill

Being such a small world we ran into some of the normal crew we see around our local haunts and had a chat outside the Peaslake Village store. I noted that Head for the Hills in Dorking has ‘donated’ some mugs in a cunning advertising move.

Now, over to you…

I was in the trail repair group yesterday.

I wondered what that funny thing strapped to the top of your helmet was – now I know!

We’ve done a few fixes to BKB since you rode it in the morning – a few pics up here.
