Wednesday is the first night this year where sunset is after 8pm - and the forecast is sunshine.

With the trails drying out from the sun over the next few days, it's the perfect time for a night ride.

Is anybody interested?

Hi John

I could be up for an evening ride on Wednesday. What time at the garage?

Looks like Dangerous Dave Savin is interested too. I was thinking 730pm, but just checking Dave will be back from work OK by then.

I'll post a confirmed time by the end of today.

John, I like your style but I'm already planning a commuter day on Wednesday. I'll try and do better next week if there is interest in a more regular arrangement :)

If the weather stays good we’ll have to do it again, Matt.

For anybody else - we are meeting top of Crabtree Lane 1935.

It was a beautiful evening to be out - warm and sunny followed be a clear starry night sky - thanks for posting up JR.

The ride was a bit of a blast from the past with the Box Hill climb and China Pig, a combo that I haven’t done for ages and ages. Also it was amazing to see how quickly the trails have dried out.
